This website (upsidebackhouse.com) and Upside Down House Barcelona are operated by AGMO ANTIK S.L., which runs the Big Fun Museum venue at La Rambla de Sant Josep, 88-94, 08002 Barcelona.
Tickets & admission
- A ticket grants admission for the number of people shown on it, valid any day during opening hours (11:00–21:00), unless stated otherwise.
- Children under 5 enter free.
- Each ticket QR code is scanned once at the entrance and is not transferable after it has been scanned.
- The "Big Fun Pass" admits to all eight themed museums at La Rambla de Sant Josep, 88-94; the "Big Fun + Illusions" pass additionally admits to the Museum of Illusions.
- Tickets are sold through a secure Stripe checkout and delivered by email. Keep your confirmation email — it contains the link to your QR ticket.
Refunds & changes
For refunds, date changes or any question about your order, contact [email protected]. Refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method; a fully refunded ticket is automatically invalidated.
Intellectual property
AGMO ANTIK S.L. holds all intellectual and industrial property rights over this website and its content — text, images, video, software, trademarks and design. Reproduction, distribution or public use without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
Liability
We take reasonable measures to keep this website available and its content accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors, and we accept no liability for damages arising from the use of the site or from third-party websites linked here.
Changes to these terms
AGMO ANTIK S.L. may update this website and these terms at any time without prior notice. The version published here applies to your visit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona. For online purchases you may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
